In addition, the process is important for the safe handling of the parts. At Prostor Design, we use a deburring grinder from Fladder for this purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">About FLADDER 300\/AUT<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The FLADDER 300\/AUT offers an unbeatable combination of <\/span><b>high performance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and simple operation. Parts are ground by a grinding head with<\/span><b> 6 spindles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which rotate in pairs in opposite directions, on a vacuum conveyor belt. The <\/span><b>grinding head also rotates around its own axis<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and oscillates over the entire conveyor belt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the conveyor belt, workpieces are held in place by<\/span><b> two vacuum turbines <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with the aid of a vacuum system. This can also securely hold small parts without any problems. The discharged air is returned to the finished ground workpieces at the exit, where it cleans them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To simplify operation, the machine has a<\/span><b> digital display<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and a window through which the grinding process can be monitored.
