Parts must be produced quickly, energy efficiently and with high angular accuracy. To do this, our machines must also operate quickly with minimal manual intervention to keep costs competitive. To do this, we use two high-quality bending machines from Trumpf (<\/span>TruBend 5170<\/b> and <\/span>TruBend 7036<\/b>).<\/span><\/p>\n

Unsere Maschinen<\/span><\/h2>\n

TruBend bending machines are known primarily for their<\/span> ease of use and efficiency<\/b>. Their simple (and partly automated) tool change also achieves <\/span>economical results<\/b>, especially for <\/span>small batch sizes<\/b>. The <\/span>compact TruBend 7036<\/b> is used primarily for small and medium-sized sheet metal parts up to <\/span>1000 mm in length<\/b>. It can quickly and accurately bend even the smallest parts, which allows us to<\/span> efficiently produce filigree parts<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The TruBend 5000 series, on the other hand, is <\/span>also suitable for much larger and thicker parts<\/b>, with a <\/span>bending length<\/b> of up to <\/span>3230 mm<\/b> and a much more <\/span>formidable pressing force of 1700 kN.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Our <\/span>TruBend 5170<\/b> machine has an on-demand servo drive, which is not only particularly energy efficient, but also very fast. The <\/span>tactile angle measuring system<\/b>, together with <\/span>sensors <\/b>that <\/span>automatically check the thickness of the shee<\/b>t, ensures <\/span>angular accuracy<\/b> for all types of material. This allows us to guarantee accurate bending of thin and thick sheets.<\/span><\/p>\n
