These offer almost unlimited possibilities in CNC sheet metal processing thanks to a combination of standard sheet metal cutting and laser cutting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At Prostor Design we use a combination of <\/span><b>CNC technologies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (sheet metal laser cutting, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">punching<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">braking<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) to precisely cut sheet metal. In addition, we offer simultaneous sheet metal <\/span><b>forming<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>threading<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>embossing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><b>pressing of grooves<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and ventilation ribs. In addition, we guarantee careful CNC processing even for a very thin sheet, when the quality requirements are the highest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our TruMatic 6000 is a universal machine with advanced laser and punching technology that can effectively process <\/span><b>very thin<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, but also <\/span><b>thick <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sheets with a maximum sheet thickness of 4.00 mm. The high power of the punching head and the CO2 laser allow a particularly high productivity here.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our high-quality concept, whereby production takes place in just a few steps, also ensures high energy efficiency, reducing both <\/span><b>production costs and environmental impact<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Why laser cutting?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In contrast to other processes, CNC laser cutting is excellent mainly because of its flexibility and efficiency.
