This enables us to <\/span><b>cut<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>punch<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>form,<\/b> <b>die-cut<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>slit <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sheet metal<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> according to precise dimensions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These functions are important for the production of various parts and products, as well as for fastening other elements in the processed sheet metal. Precise threading and punching, for example, is necessary for <\/span><b>high-quality further processing of the sheet metal parts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, so that screws, bolts and other securing elements fit well and can possibly be effectively <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pressed<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in or <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">welded<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VS8BWustLJ4?si=40RgmOo-IwQ4jWvI\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our sheet metal technology<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanks to the most modern CNC machines (TruMatic 6000 and TruPunch), at Prostor Design we offer simultaneous<\/span><b> sheet metal forming<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, i.e. <\/span><b>threading<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>punching <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; threading hole, <\/span><b>form punching<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><b>pressing <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of stiffening ribs and air ribs. By performing several processes simultaneously, production becomes faster and more economical, and therefore less expensive. If necessary, we can create very small bends and work precisely with thin sheets, or with thicker sheets with a maximum thickness of 4mm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The high performance of the punching head on our TruMatic 6000 CNC machine enables high product quality and productivity when <\/span><b>processing steel sheets, galvanized sheets, stainless steel sheets or aluminum sheets<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. But the machine also has an impressive CO2 laser cutting quality, which combines laser sheet metal processing, sheet metal splitting and punching.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If
