At Prostor Design, we use two painting workstations for this purpose, equipped with<\/span><b> DATEL powder coating equipment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>WAGNER coating electronics<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Our workshop also allows us to use the coating material without waste, which further reduces the operating costs incurred.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How durable is a powder coating?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Powder coatings are very durable and weather resistant. The coating materials take years to fully cure and therefore can be <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">punched<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or further <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">processed<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">after treatment without the paint flaking off. However, because it is also <\/span><b>fast <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>economical<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, powder coating is now used for diverse uses. Windows, doors, tools and everyday items of all kinds are powder coated to protect them from wear and weather.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Common applications<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><b>Powder coating now has thousands of different applications<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, as all conductive materials and now many non-conductive materials can be powder coated. Nevertheless, steel and aluminum are still the most suitable surfaces for powder coating.
